Dear Parents,

On behalf of the Staff and Children, I would like to welcome you to Our Lady of Ransom Primary School. If your child is to join us soon, we hope that this will be the beginning of a very happy time for both you and your child. If you already have a child at the school, we are pleased to renew our acquaintance.

Whichever is the case, we look forward to meeting you many times in the course of the year. If there are any aspects of the School which you would like to know about, please do not hesitate to contact the School. We welcome visitors and are very happy to show prospective parents around the School and to answer any questions you might have.

We believe that the School is a happier and more beneficial place if parents and staff work as partners in the education of the children. We expect high standards of behaviour and effort from all children and welcome the support of parents to this end.

The School aims to provide a secure and happy environment for your child. It seeks to be a community which complements the home and the parish in attempting to live out the values of the Gospel and our Catholic Faith. We work to ensure that all the children who attend Our Lady Of Ransom School receive both a balanced and thorough primary education - one encourages all of the children to work to their potential.
