Customer service?  Non-existent. .

I recently purchased a Panasonic fax/phone/ answer machine model KX FP185 from the Dixons in Wells Somerset.  I needed a machine in a hurry.   I have now had the machine for a month and have been back to Dixons to purchase the necessary carbon film cassette which enables printing.  No supplies.  No apology.  Just given a phone number of a so-called parts master direct.  They are waiting for supplies.

My complaints:
(1) How can a retailer sell you a piece of kit like this without telling you that the 'ink' system is only good for only a dozen faxed pages.
(2) How can they sell an item and not stock the spares?
(3) Customer service?  Non-existent.
